Co-Working Space in Barcelona
The building of the renowned hardware retailer Balius in Barcelona’s Barri Poblenou district received a new function: Daniel Mòdol and his team redesigned it into a coworking space In the past 25 years, the surrounding area known as district 22@ was transformed from an industrial site to an innovative quarter for companies in the information and communication technology sector. Since 2020 it also attracts apartment development and enterprises of the green or the solidarity economy.
